Responsibilities Deliver food orders swiftly from the kitchen to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service. Assist servers with guest needs, including refilling beverages and addressing inquiries to enhance guest satisfaction. Support food handling procedures in accordance with food safety regulations to uphold hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including wiping down tables, chairs, and floors as needed. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders and updates. Assist in setting up banquet or special event spaces, ensuring all food service equipment is prepared and functional. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key. Familiarity with food handling, serving, bussing, and basic food preparation enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus.
