Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Servers to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Applicats must be able to wokr weekemds. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Bus tables and assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing surfaces and utensils. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests from guests. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving to resolve issues effectively. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of food service best practices. Experience Applicants MUST have previous server experience in a full-service restaurant Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with bussing techniques, food safety standards, and sanitation practices is advantageous.
