The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests while ensuring that all food and beverage orders are accurately processed and delivered in a timely manner. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the pos system. Provide detailed menu information, including specials, to assist guests in making informed choices. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Sanitate tables, utensils, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to work weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule. A proactive attitude towards helping guests and providing top-notch service. Knowledge of sanitation practices related to food service is a plus.
