• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Guide guests through our food and beverage menus with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Anticipate guests' needs and create memorable dining experiences.
• Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area.
• Uphold Rare's high standards of hospitality, professionalism, and teamwork. Qualifications
• Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant is preferred.
• Wine, steak, and seafood knowledge is a plus (or a willingness to learn).
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong team mentality.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. What We Offer
