Medical, dental and vision insurance 401k with company match Employee assistance program Flexible scheduling for part-time and PRN teammates Top Reasons to Work with Us Family-owned and operated management company Team approach to work Smaller by design - Vantage Point is not a big national chain and that means more corporate involvement and support of the team Make a difference in the lives of those who live with us Description of responsibilities: Take meal and drink orders Serve meals in a timely and friendly manner Ensure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals Explain daily specials and menu items Clean and set up the dining room Complete opening and closing checklists Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules Supervise employees in the dining department Plan, assign, and direct work of dining employees Interview, hire, and train dining employees Perform other duties as assigned Required experience: High school diploma/GED preferred Previous experience working with order processing systems Prior supervisory experience Previous experience in fine dining preferred Required skills: Ability to communicate effectively Interest in working with a senior population Demonstrated customer service skills Organizational and time management skills Ability to work a flexible schedule Who Is Vantage Point Retirement Living?
