Duties Serve meals and beverages to residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and timely manner Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, and food handling stations in accordance with health regulations Support the dietary department by helping with meal setup, bussing tables, and cleaning after service Ensure proper food handling, storage, and serving procedures are followed to uphold food safety standards Manage time effectively during busy service periods to deliver prompt and attentive customer service Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal delivery and accommodate special dietary needs or requests Requirements Previous experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or the food industry is highly preferred Knowledge of food production, preparation, serving techniques, and sanitation practices Familiarity with dietary department operations and food safety regulations Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during service hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude Experience in food handling, cooking, cleaning, bussing tables, or kitchen support roles is advantageous Ability to work effectively in a team environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Join us if you're passionate about providing outstanding service in a caring environment!
