Job Description
Drift Seafood & Raw Bar | Baltimore Avenue, Downtown Rehoboth Beach Drift Seafood & Raw Bar is seeking an experienced Server/Manager to support both service and floor leadership in our downtown Rehoboth Beach dining room. This role is ideal for someone who puts guest service number one, knows elevated dining, and can step into a leadership role. Centered around seafood and a standout raw bar, Drift Seafood & Raw Bar focuses on consistency, attention to detail, and maintaining a strong standard of service. From the flow of service to the overall guest experience, the goal is to keep things smooth, thoughtful, and enjoyable for both guests and team members. As part of Second Block Hospitality, Drift Seafood & Raw Bar is located on Baltimore Avenue in downtown Rehoboth Beach. The group has been recognized as Restaurateurs of the Year, with a shared focus across all properties on delivering a high level of guest experience.

Server/Manager (Part Time) Official Position Title Server/Manager (Part Time) Description of Role This position combines both service and leadership responsibilities, with shifts scheduled in either capacity based on the needs of the business. The Server/Manager will spend time serving guests, as well as supporting the team and helping guide service during management shifts. Resumes can be sent to joe@driftrb.com. Responsibilities Provide attentive, knowledgeable service and guide guests through menu and beverage selections Maintain awareness of timing, pacing, and overall guest experience Support the team and help keep service organized and consistent Assist in guiding servers, bartenders, and support staff during shifts Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care Assist with opening and closing responsibilities Maintain communication between front of house and kitchen Help uphold standards across service and overall execution Qualifications Experience as both a server and in a leadership role in an elevated, semi fine dining or fine dining environment Strong understanding of food, wine, and beverage programs Knowledge of POS systems and reservation platforms Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards Experience with menu updates and ongoing menu maintenance Ability to step into both service and leadership roles with confidence Strong communication and problem solving skills Reliable, detail oriented, and team focused Availability for evenings, weekends, and seasonal demand Compensation Salary range: $65,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience Schedule Part time, based on business needs and peak service shiftsPay:
