Requirements Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines Basic familiarity with POS systems or willingness to learn how to operate them effectively Mixes alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails and other beverages as requested and in compliance with company standards and recipes if position requires Checks identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. Promptly notifies management of underage drinking guests who are obviously intoxicated, if position requires Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads up to 30 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment At least 18 years of age Use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls.
