Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards and proper beverage service techniques Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling and sales transactions Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures Assist with food preparation, garnishing drinks, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience with fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is advantageous Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales while providing genuine recommendations Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences!
