Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Process sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items like specialty drinks, desserts, or premium wines to enhance guest experience Serve food and beverages professionally, including cocktail and spirits service with proper techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or hospitality environments is highly preferred Familiarity with Toast POS systems is a plus Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Demonstrated ability in upselling and sales transaction processing to maximize revenue opportunities Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and bill splitting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment within a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
