Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient communication between front and back of house Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation to uphold high standards of quality and cleanliness Buss tables promptly, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a sanitary environment Support kitchen staff by handling food safety procedures, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately during cashiering duties and process payments efficiently Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest bookings and optimize seating arrangements Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant settings, or hospitality is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience working in fine dining or nightclub environments is advantageous but not required Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and sales upselling opportunities This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a lively hospitality setting.
