Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell menu items, including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, bar stations, and service stations Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations Use reservation management tools like Toast Table to coordinate seating and manage waitlists Demonstrate extensive beverage knowledge, including spirits experience and wine expertise Ensure food safety practices are followed diligently in all aspects of service Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of Toast POS system Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience with beverage service, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and food handling preferred Hospitality background with server experience is desirable Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Join us in creating memorable dining experiences!
