Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming atmosphere Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments via OpenTable or other reservation platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting in food handling and preparation when needed Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Requirements Proven experience as a Server in a food service or restaurant environment, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Strong knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Knowledge of food industry standards including serving etiquette, guest services, and hospitality principles Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service in a vibrant setting!
