Job description Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at a fast-paced quick-service restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and be able to work efficiently in a busy environment. Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders
• Utilize the cash register to process payments accurately
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience
• Ensure tables are clean and sanitized for the next guests
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Requirements
• Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on sales and upselling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food industry hygiene practices
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor
