Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, assisting with menu selections, and effectively upselling items to enhance their experience. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing basic math skills for order processing. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction. Upsell additional items to guests, contributing to increased sales and enhancing the overall dining experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets the establishment's standards. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, demonstrating excellent customer service skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and assist in setting up or clearing tables as required. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while ensuring compliance with company policies. Requirements Previous experience in a server role within a fast paced restaurant mandatory. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Ability to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the establishment's schedule.
