The Melting Pot is a fun and interactive fondue restaurant that has been wowing guests for over 18 years. We are Hiring energized team members who are ready to serve memories that last a lifetime We are locally owned and operated, and have a stable and experienced management team that will roll up their sleeves and work alongside you. We are very proud of the work environment and culture that has been created over the years We believe in family and friends and are closed on Christmas Day and Thanksgiving. The Melting Pot offers great pay and flexible work schedules. Benefit from an environment where promotions, good shifts, and stations are rewarded by effort, teamwork, attitude, and sales. Typical guest checks exceed $50 per person. We are currently hiring Servers with at least 1-year of experience. Must be available 5 days a week and are committed to learning, our menu, (we only offer 6 entrees!) open to discovering about wine and our handcrafted cocktails.
