Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage seating arrangements efficiently Uphold sanitation standards by following proper food handling procedures and maintaining cleanliness in all service areas Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings Familiarity with POS systems such as, Toast, and cashiering procedures Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling techniques Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Proven ability in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or serving in a hospitality environment is advantageous Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences!
