We are currently hiring Servers, Hosts/Hostesses, and Bussers and are looking to hire and train qualified candidates as soon as possible. As a small restaurant, we believe in working as a team. This means employees should be prepared to assist beyond their primary position when needed. Our team members may help with serving, hosting, bussing, running food, resetting tables, cleaning, and supporting coworkers throughout service. This is a hands-on, fast-paced environment that is best suited for someone who is reliable, ambitious, hardworking, and eager to learn . The work can be demanding, but it is also an opportunity to build valuable hospitality experience and grow with the team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide professional, friendly service Assist with seating guests and managing the waitlist/reservations Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar Serve food and beverages while maintaining proper presentation and sanitation Assist with bussing, resetting tables, running food, and maintaining a clean dining area Work as a team and assist with other restaurant duties as needed Provide excellent customer service and help create a positive guest experience Learn and communicate menu items, specials, and beverages to guests Follow food safety, sanitation, and restaurant procedures Maintain a positive and professional attitude during busy service Be comfortable working around fire presentations , as some dishes include fire-show presentations, and follow all safety procedures Qualifications & Experience Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but experience is not required We are willing to train candidates who have the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn Servers must have basic knowledge of restaurant service English is required for all positions. Servers must be able to communicate in fluent English or approximately 70 % English proficiency, Spanish is a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be willing to help with responsibilities outside of your primary position Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential Previous experience with POS systems, reservations, or upscale/fine dining is a plus Training & Hiring All selected candidates will begin with 3 days of paid training . During the training period, trainees will not participate in the tip pool . Training will cover our menu, service standards, restaurant procedures, and expectations. After the training period, continued employment will be based on performance, reliability, attitude, ability to learn, and teamwork .
