Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols, including food handling and kitchen cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, managing food service orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing sales accurately. Experience in food industry roles like serving, cashiering, or kitchen work is desirable. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a sanitized environment at all times.
