Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to ensure quality food production. Process cash transactions accurately, handle cash register operations, and manage retail sales transactions with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by following sanitation protocols, including food handling and kitchen cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, managing food service orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurants is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions and managing sales accurately. Experience in food industry roles like serving, cashiering, or kitchen work is desirable. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain a sanitized environment at all times. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
