Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server/Cashier, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Process cash and card payments efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Assist with food handling, sanitation, and food safety protocols to uphold health standards Support food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a welcoming environment Manage reservations and guest relations using platforms like OpenTable, providing timely and courteous service Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence Experience in food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of culinary processes or kitchen experience is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and enhance guest experiences through excellent service Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality in a lively environment!
