Greet guests in a timely manner with a professional friendly tone Provide attentive, efficient, friendly service following our SOP's Take food and drink order, offer recommendations, and ensure timely and efficient delivery to guests Complete all opening side work to prepare yourself for the shift Complete all closing side work at end of shift Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods Maintain strong teamwork with fellow employees to ensure a flawless guest service experience Address guest concerns efficiently, escalating to management when appropriate to ensure satisfaction Follow all policies and procedures Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, clean uniform, and professional appearance Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work, and clocking in only after being in full uniform Maintains cleanliness of all dining and patio areas

Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required Open Availability including evenings, weekends and holidays required Previous experience as a cocktail server of related role required Strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
