Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. Must be 18+ Must be fluent in Spanish. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining guest satisfaction. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest safety. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance guest relations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic knowledge of culinary practices, food handling, and sanitation standards. Experience as a host/host or in guest services is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills with attention to detail in order taking and service delivery.
