We're looking for a friendly, energetic Breakfast Server to join our team at Compass by Margaritaville Flagler Beach!

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming guests with a warm, upbeat attitude (coffee first, questions later ) Maintaining and restocking our breakfast buffet Keeping the dining area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times Assisting guests with anything they need to start their day right Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service Bringing that signature Margaritaville vibe—relaxed, fun, and attentive

What We're Looking For:

Morning person (this is an early shift!) Positive attitude and team-player mentality Strong attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to stay upbeat and efficient in a fast-paced environment Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
