Your expertise in drink preparation, customer relations, and POS systems will ensure every guest leaves with a memorable experience. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to safety and quality standards Use POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Upsell menu items and drink specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, glassware, utensils, and beverage stations in compliance with food safety regulations Manage cash handling responsibilities meticulously, including processing cash transactions and balancing registers at shift end Assist with food service duties such as bussing tables or supporting kitchen staff during busy periods when needed Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub backgrounds Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation techniques Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest rapport quickly Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transaction processing Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in bartending or serving roles that involve upselling and guest relations is highly desirable Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through exceptional service.
