Southern Charm Bistro is seeking an outgoing, polished, and hospitality-focused Cocktail Server to provide exceptional beverage and food service to our guests. The ideal candidate is personable, attentive, knowledgeable, and comfortable working in an upscale yet welcoming restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table and cocktail service. Take accurate cocktail, wine, beer, and food orders. Learn and confidently explain our cocktail and food menus. Make recommendations and appropriately suggest additional menu items. Accurately enter orders into the POS system. Deliver beverages and food promptly and professionally. Check on guests throughout their experience. Maintain clean and properly set tables and service areas. Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, servers, and management. Process guest payments accurately. Follow responsible alcohol-service requirements and verify identification when required. Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and side-work duties. Help create the warm Southern hospitality experience associated with Southern Charm Bistro. Qualifications Previous serving, cocktail, or hospitality experience preferred. Must meet Florida requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Professional appearance and demeanor. Comfortable recommending and selling food and beverages. Ability to handle multiple tables and priorities during busy service. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
