Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Serve food and drinks efficiently, including wine, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper presentation and guest satisfaction Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash safely and responsibly Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery for a seamless dining experience Assist with opening or closing duties as needed, including inventory checks and setup or breakdown of service stations Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking efficiently Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service standards Culinary experience or food industry background preferred; food handling certifications are a plus Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest satisfaction and sales revenue Join us in creating vibrant dining experiences where hospitality meets excellence!
