Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food, cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, including handling cash, making change, and processing sales transactions with POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling procedures Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service Manage guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Support team members during busy periods and contribute to a positive work atmosphere Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly preferred Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Demonstrated ability in upselling and sales transaction processing to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Familiarity with fine dining standards or nightclub environments is a plus Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Proven commitment to customer service excellence with a friendly, energetic approach Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced environment!
