Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and timely service. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to culinary standards. Experience Previous experience as a Server in the food industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Strong sales skills with an ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
