Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail and spirits service, while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Upsell menu items, including wine and specialty cocktails, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions accurately, handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure a pristine environment Use reservation systems like OpenTable to manage guest seating efficiently and optimize table turnover Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations and customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and cashiering procedures Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables seamlessly during busy hours Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques Ability to upsell menu items confidently while providing detailed product information to guests Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Effective communication skills combined with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
