Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items like cocktails, wines, or specialty dishes to enhance guest experience Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations Assist with food handling, preparation support, bussing tables, and resetting dining spaces for new guests Engage with guests to foster positive relations, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Experience with cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits handling, and beverage service is a plus Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the food industry Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach to guest interactions Ability to perform basic math for processing cash transactions accurately Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences!
