We offer a casual, welcoming dining experience where great food, genuine hospitality, and teamwork bring everything together. We're looking for dependable, energetic team members who take pride in supporting their coworkers and creating a great experience for every guest. As a Server Support team member, you play an essential role in keeping service running smoothly. You'll work closely with servers, bartenders, and management to maintain clean, organized dining areas and ensure guests receive attentive, efficient service. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in the details that make a difference. Responsibilities Assist servers with running food to tables promptly and accurately. Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently to prepare for incoming guests. Maintain clean and organized dining areas, service stations, and common spaces. Assist servers with pre-bussing tables and maintaining a polished dining room. Deliver silverware, napkins, condiments, and other items as needed. Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, bartenders, and management. Respond promptly to team requests and anticipate service needs. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness standards. Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment. Qualifications Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. Dependable, punctual, and willing to take initiative. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform the physical duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
