We are looking for someone who provides excellent customer service, works well with a team, and is comfortable in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take food and beverage orders accurately Learn and confidently explain our food and drink menu Serve food and beverages Prepare basic cocktails and alcoholic beverages for your tables Maintain clean and organized tables and work areas Complete opening, closing, and side work Work together with other servers, service assistants. Requirements Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred Must be 18 years or older Some basic experience preparing cocktails or mixed drinks is preferred You do not need to be an experienced bartender, but you should be comfortable making basic drinks and willing to learn and improve your cocktail-making skills Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, positive, and proactive Able to work in a fast-paced environment Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required Availability We are looking for candidates with flexible availability. Applicants must be available to work at least 1-2 morning shifts per week. Morning availability may include weekends. Morning and evening shifts are available, and schedules rotate based on restaurant needs and employee availability.
