Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and floors. Handle cash and process payments as needed. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Address customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance service skills. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
