Take food and drink orders accurately using a POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Adhere to food handling and safety regulations at all times. Provide recommendations on menu items based on guest preferences. Experience Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong guest services skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment. Familiarity with cash register operations and POS systems is beneficial. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Ability to work in a nightclub or high-energy kitchen setting is a plus.
