Job Description
Knowledge of American table service and clearing techniques during and after dining service. Prepares dining room for dining by table linen and table scape, condiments, service plates, and utensils. Responsible for resetting table during and after dining service. Serves ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner. Greets guests during initial welcome and provides hospitality and customer service through the meal. Understands menu items, ingredients and ability to explain preparation methods and able to make suggestions based on guest preferences.
