Responsibilities Deliver freshly prepared dishes from the kitchen to guest tables efficiently and accurately, maintaining food quality and presentation standards. Clear and reset tables swiftly, ensuring a clean and organized dining environment at all times. Assist servers with food running, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs to enhance their overall experience. Maintain a clean work area by bussing tables, sweeping floors, and sanitizing surfaces in compliance with food safety standards. Support the kitchen team by handling food preparation tasks when needed, including plating or garnishing dishes. Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders or assist with basic restaurant operations. Uphold food safety and sanitation regulations while handling dishes, utensils, and service ware. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices. Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests. Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus; familiarity with banquet service or hotel hospitality is beneficial. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic culinary knowledge or kitchen experience can enhance your ability to support food prep tasks. A genuine passion for guest services, hospitality, and creating welcoming atmospheres.
