As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Your ability to engage with customers, manage others efficiently, and maintain a positive atmosphere will contribute significantly to our establishment's reputation. Duties Greet and welcome guests promptly upon arrival, providing them with menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the Aloha POS system. Provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions, enhancing their dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables, while maintaining proper presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments efficiently, including cash handling and managing tabs for guest. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines during food preparation and service. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a fine dining or nightclub setting. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic math skills for order processing. Strong guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for all patrons. Experience using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
