Support the serving team by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper handling procedures and cleaning protocols. Support catering events or banquet setups by delivering food items efficiently and assisting with meal assembly when needed. Provide excellent guest service by demonstrating friendly communication skills, phone etiquette, and guest relations awareness. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential! Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and basic culinary skills such as knife skills or meat cutting is a plus. Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety standards and dietary accommodations is advantageous. Prior experience in catering, banquet service, or hotel settings can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
