HOST/ SERVER ASSISTANT

Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Assist servers with table setup, clearing, and resetting to maintain efficient service flow Manage guest waitlists and seating arrangements using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Answer guest inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and courtesy Support the restaurant team by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining areas Collaborate with team members to ensure guest needs are met promptly and courteously Qualifications Prior experience as a host or server assistant in a food service or restaurant setting preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Hospitality or hotel experience is beneficial but not required Demonstrated teamwork, reliability, and positive attitude toward guest service Join us to be part of a lively hospitality environment where your energy makes every guest feel valued!
