Indian River Colony Club is a full-service, private country club community of over 800 homes located in Viera, Florida, close to I-95. Our 55+ community is primarily made up of military members and veterans, and our mission is to provide exceptional service to our residents. We are seeking part‑time Food Servers to join the team at our onsite restaurant, the At Ease Club. This role is essential in providing friendly, efficient service and contributing to an enjoyable experience for our members and guests.

Position Overview:

Member Interaction:

Provide warm, attentive service while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.

Order Accuracy:

Ensure all orders are prepared correctly, including special requests.

Service Delivery:

Serve meals promptly, maintain table cleanliness, and anticipate member needs throughout the dining experience.

Collaboration:

Work closely with Food Runners and kitchen staff to maintain smooth service flow.

Dining Room Readiness:

Assist with opening and closing duties, including table setup, restocking, and maintaining a clean work environment. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Knowledge of common menu entrees, cocktails and bar operations Professional and courteous demeanor Reliability and punctuality Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 25-30 lbs for restocking and bar supplies. Ability to safely handle trays, glassware, and dining room equipment Schedule & Pay $17.00-$18.00 per hour with increase upon completion of training. Wednesdays & Fridays, 3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. On‑call for banquets, Tuesday through Saturday. Hours vary; scheduling is flexible. Part‑time position with potential for growth.
