Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques like OpenTable reservations or special promotions Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering duties and processing payments efficiently Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to uphold sanitation standards Provide excellent guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support host/host functions when needed by managing reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow during busy hours Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including dietary accommodations and beverage options to assist guests effectively Uphold food safety protocols and sanitation practices consistently to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Requirements Previous restaurant experience or food service background preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable reservations is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while respecting guest preferences Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and making change accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving, bussing tables, or host/host roles is desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills with a friendly attitude that promotes guest satisfaction Join us as a Server where your energy fuels memorable experiences!
