This role involves providing attentive service, managing guest needs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems are highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, professional service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, and proper food safety procedures Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas including bussing tables as needed Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS or cashiering systems or similar platforms Support guest relations by providing personalized service and creating a welcoming environment Requirements Previous experience in food service or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of POS system is advantageous Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities Food safety certification or knowledge of sanitation standards is preferred Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Experience with food handling, food preparation, and restaurant sanitation standards Flexibility to work morning shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude Join our team if you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working in a lively atmosphere, and are committed to delivering memorable guest experiences.
