Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Process sales transactions efficiently while upselling menu items like wines, spirits, or specialty cocktails to enhance the guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow Manage cash handling accurately and process payments using POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms Skills Extensive knowledge of POS systems including Clover POS, and other restaurant management tools Proven experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality environments with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask effectively with excellent time management in a fast-paced setting Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling beverages such as wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty drinks Culinary experience or food industry background preferred to better assist guests with menu recommendations Knowledge of beverage service including wine knowledge, cocktail mixing, and drink presentation Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Food safety certification and understanding of sanitation standards required for food handling roles Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude and guest relations focus Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality!
