Job Description Summary:

To assist the Culinary Department with the efficiency and management of food servvices within different dining areas.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Knows uniform policy and dresses occordingly 2. Successfully completes daily assigned side work 3. Sets up assigned area for meal service 4.Acknoledges residents and takes orders accurately 5. Serves residents as quickly as possible, using proper serving techniques 6. Clears tables in an efficent manner and re-sets tables accurately 7. Keeps all work areas clean 8. Adheres to policy 9. Completes all closing side work 10. Reports all hazardous conditions 11. Attends in services as required 12. Performs other duties as directed by supervisor

Position Qualifications:

1. High School Education preferred.
