Lead Server

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and a strong understanding of food service operations. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Process cash handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and smooth service flow. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Skills Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience with serving tables and providing excellent guest relations. Familiarity with toast POS or similar restaurant management systems is preferred. Culinary knowledge is an asset, particularly in understanding menu items and preparation methods. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest service. Previous experience in food service is advantageous but not mandatory.
