You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience Handle cash and credit card transactions and ensure accurate cash handling practices Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and service areas Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Qualifications Previous experience in food service or as a Server in a bar or dining setting is preferred Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Join our team as a Server where your passion for hospitality will shine!
