Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
ï‚- Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant. ï‚
- Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer. ï‚
- Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner. ï‚
- Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery. ï‚
- Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed. ï‚
- Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
ï‚- Good communication skills verbal and written ï‚
- High work ethic and self-initiative ï‚
- Regular attendance according to established guidelines ï‚
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property ï‚
- Focus and maintain attention to multiple tasks in a short time period, and complete work assignments within deadline demands, despite frequent interruptions ï‚
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with staff and maintain staff and guest confidentiality at all times ï‚
- Must complete food handler and alcohol awareness training as required ï‚
- Must practice all food handling guidelines
Physical Requirements:
ï‚- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time ï‚
- Lift approximately thirty (30) pounds ï‚
