Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, providing excellent guest relations from the moment they arrive Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols Maintain cleanliness of tables, bar area, and service stations by bussing and resetting tables promptly Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure food preparation meets quality standards and guest expectations. Demonstrate proficiency in food industry standards such as sanitation, proper serving techniques, and food safety regulations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems.
