Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Toast POS, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments through POS systems like OpenTable or other platforms, and issue receipts or change as needed Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale bars Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine, and drink garnishing techniques Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through excellent time management skills Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to build guest relations Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs seamlessly Familiarity with food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations in the hospitality industry Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while ensuring guest satisfaction Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
